About us
EAGR, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €14,329.90, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 938 024 841, with its registered office located at 3 rue Donatello, 92400 Courbevoie, France.
Eagr acts in two capacities:

Data controller for data related to website visitors, leads, and client contacts (sales management, billing).
•
Data processor for data processed within the Platform (calls, transcripts, analytics, CRM data), on behalf of its business clients. The client is therefore the data controller, and data subjects should primarily exercise their rights with them.
Eagr’s commitments as a data processor are detailed in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Eagr implements appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access rights, access logging, and regular backups.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to define instructions regarding what happens to it after your death.
To exercise them, write to privacy@eagr.ai.
We respond within one month. If your data is processed on the Platform on behalf of your employer or a company that called you, please contact them first: we will assist them in responding to your request.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
