AI Sales coaching: what call analysis reveals about your team

3 to 5 behaviors. That’s all that separates your top reps from the rest of the team.

The problem? These behaviors are unconscious. They don’t transfer on their own. Eagr identifies them and replicates them across your entire team - call after call.

98% of sales calls are never reviewed. Your coaching has a massive blind spot.

Conversion rate. Pipeline. Revenue. These numbers tell you what happened. Never why.

Same experience level, same territory - some reps close at twice the rate of others. The difference is buried in the 98% of calls nobody ever listens to. The behaviors that win deals already exist on your team. They’re real. But they’re unconscious, undocumented, unshared. They don’t spread on their own.

Managers know coaching is the single biggest performance lever they have. But they don’t have the bandwidth. They spot-check 2 or 3 calls a week, fire off some quick feedback, and hope it sticks. That model runs entirely on manager time. And manager time doesn’t scale.

Here’s what that costs you:

  • 74% of discovery calls end with no clear next step.

  • 28% of conversations include a premature pricing reveal. On most teams, nobody even knows it’s happening.

That 74% isn’t random. It traces back to 6 specific moments where top performers consistently do something different.

What the analysis of 45,000 sales calls reveals about coaching

On average, 3 to 5 behaviors explain 70–80% of a sales team’s wins.

Not 50. Not 20. Five.

These behaviors don’t live in your CRM. They’re not in your dashboards. They’re inside the calls - the 98% of conversations no one has time to review.

A real example: a rep at a company selling event packages for bars and restaurants ended every prospecting call with a micro-challenge to the prospect. Completely unconscious. It showed up in 100% of his won deals and 0% of his losses. His VP of Sales had no idea this behavior existed. Eagr spotted it. Then rolled it out to the entire team.

That’s what a winning behavior looks like.

Eagr isn’t a tool. It’s a coaching system.

Think about the difference between watching a highlight reel once a quarter and having a dedicated coach who breaks down every single game you play. One is a training event. The other changes how you perform. Eagr is the coach.

The platform works with every rep before, during, and after their calls - continuously. It’s powered by a proprietary machine learning model built in-house with a former MIT neuroscience researcher, designed to isolate the behaviors that statistically correlate with closed-won deals.

At the heart of the system: the living playbook. Unlike a static sales playbook sitting in a Google Doc somewhere, this one is built from your team’s actual calls, tailored to your selling motion, and auto-updated every six weeks as the AI surfaces new winning patterns. It’s your methodology as it actually plays out on real calls - not as someone imagined it in a conference room.

In practice, the playbook gives your Head of Sales something they’ve never had: a precise breakdown of what top performers do differently at every stage of the deal cycle. No gut feelings. No generalizations. The exact talk tracks, the specific moves, the precise inflection points where a deal tips - all extracted from your own calls.

Every call is then scored against roughly 50 criteria, grouped into four dimensions: rapport building, sales methodology, objection handling, and close execution. For each criterion, the rep gets a score and concrete recommendations on the how—not just the what.

Four modules. One flywheel.

These are the most common mistakes our platform catches.

Before the call: AI-powered role-play to get every rep ready

Reps train on simulations built from real buyer profiles - personality type, typical objections, resistance level. After each session, they get a full debrief with a score per skill and targeted recommendations. A new hire starting on Monday can practice against the team’s actual playbook on day one - no need to shadow a senior rep for weeks or survive three months of sink-or-swim onboarding. In recent cohorts, time-to-first-coaching dropped from 4 days to under 24 hours.

During the call: real-time coaching with Live Coach

Eagr’s newest feature: a real-time AI assistant that follows the conversation and surfaces contextual, low-friction prompts for the rep.

  • Budget objection comes up? “Push deeper here.”

  • Prospect drops a mention of a big meeting next week? “Explore the goal behind that meeting.”

  • Rep has been monologuing for 45+ seconds? “Stop talking. Ask an open-ended question.”

The rep stays fully in control. The AI doesn’t talk for them. It feeds them the right question at the right moment - and gets out of the way.

Real example: mid-call, a prospect casually mentioned an important client meeting the following week. The rep glossed right over it. Live Coach nudged: “dig into the goal of that meeting.” He did. The prospect’s response: “If Eagr can be live before that meeting, I’ll sign.”

Deal closed.

After the call: instant coaching feedback

The moment a call ends, the rep gets a personalized debrief: what they nailed, what they can sharpen, and for each point, a specific alternative they could have used. Feedback lands while the call is still fresh - not two weeks later in a 1:1 when nobody remembers the details.

Always running: Weekly Pulse & Manager Dashboard

Every Monday morning, the manager opens their dashboard to a complete picture: who’s executing the winning behaviors, who’s trending up, and where to focus coaching energy this week. 86% of manager check-ins happen on Mondays - it’s become the weekly ritual. They walk into 1:1s with hard data, not hunches.

Instead of “I feel like you need to work on your closing,” it’s: “On your last 15 calls, your second-meeting positioning score is 2 out of 4. Here are the exact moments where you’re losing the prospect.”

AI sales coaching results: what Eagr actually delivers

Teams on Eagr don’t improve a little. They improve fast.

  • +21% conversion rate on average within 6 weeks - measured across 6,000+ calls analyzed for Eagr clients.

  • At MGEN, the impact was tested in a controlled setting: one group coached by Eagr vs. a control group, same period, same conditions. Performance gap: +20%.

  • 45,000 personalized coaching recommendations generated monthly across the platform.

  • 50+ companies coached today, including Beev, Visibrain, Dashdoc, Dune Énergie, Synergie, and MGEN.

  • Just 1 churned customer since launch in late 2024.

The companies on Eagr are improving. And it’s precisely because so many are improving that the platform now produces numbers like these:

But the impact goes way beyond quota attainment.

In a market full of AI tools promising to replace sales reps, Eagr is making the opposite bet: make them better - and change how they feel about the job.

Before Eagr, most reps were flying blind. They didn’t really know what they were doing right or wrong. They had instincts, habits, reflexes - but no objective mirror. With the platform, gut feeling becomes data-backed confidence. Reps do what they do because they know it works. They stop guessing and start operating with clarity.

The feedback we hear most often, in their own words: a real sense of progress, less stress, and renewed confidence in the craft.

“I’ve never gotten this much feedback in my career. I’ve been doing this for ten years and never understood why certain things weren’t clicking. Now I do.”

“It’s the first time I can practice without anyone watching or judging me.”

“I pushed back at first - I thought I was already good. Eagr turned me into a different rep. There’s a clear before and after.”

“It changed how I show up outside of work too. My friends noticed I ask completely different questions now.”

From the managers:

“Thanks to Eagr, I coach my team in a completely different way - and beyond the performance gains, my reps actually love the tool.”

Michel Barakat, Sales Manager, Dashdoc

“Eagr lets you do what every sales leader knows they should be doing but never has the bandwidth for.”

François Fillette, CEO, Akimbo

“I didn’t expect you’d deliver this much value right out of the gate on the playbook and winning behaviors.”

Christophe Souvras, Head of Sales

Founded by two brothers. Fueled by one conviction.

Eagr was founded in late 2024 by two brothers: Gaultier Beauchesne (31, Head of Sales, former sales coach at Akimbo) and Thibault Beauchesne (35, CEO, 10+ years in the trenches at DB Schenker - France, Egypt, and the US - where he ran multi-country teams and managed €40M/year in contracts). They quickly brought on Quentin Bardenet as CTO: an engineer who thinks like a business operator.

Their founding thesis: “Sales performance isn’t driven by metrics. It’s driven by behaviors. And with the right system, any team can perform at the level of its best reps.”

In September 2025, less than a year after their first signed contract, Eagr closed a €1M seed round led by Seeder, with participation from We Love Founders, Holnest, and several angels. The capital is going into team buildout, product development (Live Coach, CRM integrations, adaptive learning), and go-to-market acceleration.

“Ask any team what their top reps’ winning behaviors are - nobody can tell you. They’re reflexes buried inside calls that no one sees. But they’re the entire difference between a closed-won and a closed-lost.”

Gaultier Beauchesne, Co-founder

The black box of sales coaching is finally opening

For years, everyone knew coaching worked - without ever really understanding why. The knowledge that separates good teams from great ones is buried in thousands of calls that no one has the bandwidth to review. The challenge isn’t to train harder. It’s to surface what’s already there.

That might be the real shift AI brings to sales: not replacing reps, but revealing what makes the best ones great.
